For an agency or a search firm putting names in front of a client. Your firm is the account holder, your consultants sit under it, and the shortlist you hand over says the same things about every name on it.

Set up a recruiter account

Either form takes a few minutes and asks for nothing you would not put in an email. You will confirm your address before the account can act, and a TIGER Core sitting is arranged with you by somebody here rather than started from a button — that part is deliberate, and it is how it works today.

Not sure which of the two is you, or buying for one person rather than an organisation? Write to team@kirnova.com and say what you are deciding. Anyone who can pay can commission a sitting about somebody else, including a private individual.

Only the person making the decision can commission a TIGER Core, and only about somebody they have a real decision to make. A candidate can never start their own first one.
TIGER Light is the one a person starts for themselves. Your organisation can never send it to anybody, and it can never be used to decide anything about them.
You buy licensed use of TIGER for a permitted purpose. The person’s own answers stay theirs, and TIGER itself is never sold.
