Kirnova Frameworks
There is a gap between a measurement and a decision. A validated personality percentile does not, by itself, tell a manager whether to trust a candidate with a client. A Kirnova framework is what closes that gap: a published, deterministic method for turning measured signals into interpretations a decision-maker can reason about, explain, and defend.

What comes after TIGER
The intelligence-company thesis doesn't end with one framework — the environment side of the person-environment equation is already on the drawing board. But a framework joins this page only when its methodology can survive our own science section, and we'd rather this section grow slowly than grow loud.
Nothing beyond TIGER is built, sold, or usable today. When something is, it appears above as a card with its own science section — not as an announcement here.
Kirnova is the company. A framework is the interpretation layer it publishes. TIGER is the framework; the TIGER Test is the assessment a person actually sits.
