TIGER Core is the one an organisation pays for.
You can’t buy it for yourself, and that’s deliberate. It’s built for the moment someone else has a real decision to make about you. So the person making that decision is the one who opens it.
What a credit is
- One credit opens a result the person already has.
- Two credits ask them to sit it fresh.
- Credits are whole numbers. There’s no half of anything.
- Credits don’t sit there forever. Most last about a year. None lasts more than three. You’ll see the exact date before you spend anything.
If somebody you invite never answers, you don’t lose the credit. They didn’t answer. That isn’t your mistake.
An organisation’s access to a TIGER result runs 90 days. For Kirnova DISC and Kirnova HEXACO, a year. Interests run a year too, and they sit apart from everything else here.
Kirnova ORVIS and Kirnova Calling say what work someone is drawn to. Nobody may weigh them when deciding about a person.
The person keeps their own copy of all of it, for good.
