FOR COACHES AND PRACTITIONERS
Your client can take any of these themselves before you meet, currently free, in ten to fifteen minutes. You walk in with something to open on instead of an hour of introductions.
You'll set up an account first. It takes a minute, and it's how your report stays yours.
WHAT THE FIRST MONTH COSTS
Session one, they give you the version they give everyone. Session two, you get a little underneath it. Session three, something real finally comes out and you think, right, now we can start.
They paid for all three.
So did you. A good share of your hours every quarter goes to a conversation you have already had with every client you have ever had.
THE REAL PROBLEM
You're good at it. That's exactly why nobody has ever suggested you shouldn't have to do it by hand, in the room, on the clock.
And the picture you build lives in your notes, in your words, from that day's mood. There's nothing the client can look at between sessions and think about on their own.
You already read people for a living. You just start from zero every January.
BEFORE SESSION ONE
Currently free, ten to fifteen minutes, and the client starts each one themselves. Each comes back as a document they can download and hand to whoever they choose.

If they've done two, they also get a reading of where the two agree and where they don't. A disagreement is named, not smoothed over. That's usually the most useful page you'll open together.
WORTH KNOWING
Nobody can send anyone to Light. Not an employer, not us, not you. A person starts it themselves or they don't have it.
Some of your clients will arrive having already taken it. If they bring it, it's five readings of how they tend to work, in plain sentences they can say out loud. They read it on screen, so that's one they'd walk you through rather than hand over.
WHEN YOU NEED MORE
48 questions, about 15 minutes and often less. The person making the decision starts it, and with a client in front of you, that can be you.
Light is the client's own thing and you can never send them to it. Core works the other way round. Somebody with a real decision to make about a person commissions it, and a coach with a client is exactly that.
It reads the same five things Light does, a long way further down, because a decision needs more than a description.
Your client has to agree to sit it. That isn't a formality. It's the same reason they answer honestly.
It's paid, and it's set up by hand. Nobody outside Kirnova can start one today, so this one begins with an email.
THE PART THAT MATTERS MOST
They take it. They keep it. It doesn't expire on them, ever.
If they want you to see it, they show you. If they don't, they don't, and you won't know either way. Nothing lands on your desk about a person who didn't choose to put it there.
That isn't a limitation we're apologising for. It's the relationship you already work in, and it's the reason a client will answer honestly in the first place.
THE LINE WE DON'T CROSS
It won't tell anybody who they are. It gives back how they tend to work, what they're drawn to, and what's worth a closer look.
There's no verdict on a person anywhere in it, and nothing that grades one. It's a first hour you get back, not a conclusion.
The conversation after it is the whole job, and that part is yours.

Fifteen minutes will tell you whether you'd put it in front of a client. That's a better test than anything we could write on this page.
