So it goes on the roadmap under "assessments", with no owner and no estimate, and it moves down a row every planning session.
Because everyone in the room quietly knows what it would take.
What it actually takes
The questions are the easy part.
You'd need a bank of questions that hold up when people answer them badly. A way of turning answers into something meaningful. A check that catches somebody clicking straight down the page. A report a manager can read without a course.
And the judgement to know when the honest answer is that you can't tell.
That last one is the part nobody scopes, and it's the part that makes a report worth reading.
What it is
TIGER Core, inside your product.
48 questions, about 15 minutes and often less. Your user answers them in a panel inside your interface and never lands on our site.
They get the same five readings everybody gets: whether people hear about problems early or late, how much of a room they move, what pressure does to them, whether intention turns into finished work, how fast they come back. Each with the range it most likely sits in, plus what stands out and what's worth pressing on.
Your server receives the result as a signed message, so you can prove it came from us before you act on it.

Not a suite. Our other assessments are for people who come to us directly, and two of them are barred from a partner on purpose.One way in: a panel inside your page.
There is a plain data connection for a machine to drive, and it still runs our older assessment rather than this one.How closely it matches your look depends on which one you run.
The older assessment can take your logo, your colours and your wording. The current one can't. That's a conversation with our engineers, not a checkbox.We set you up by hand.
There's no self-serve signup that produces a working key, and no public documentation. Your engineers get a guide from ours, and a person answers when they get stuck.
That last one isn't false modesty.
There is one partner live today.
We'd rather set the second one up properly than automate something nobody has done twice. If that's you, you get our engineers rather than a queue.
The parts you'll be asked about
Specifics, because certificates would be easier and we don't have any.
- Your data is separated inside the database itself, not just in our code.
- A launch link lives five minutes and works once.
- Every message we send your server is signed, so a forged one is detectable.
- Keys can be locked to your own domains, switched off instantly, and are stored only as a fingerprint. We could not read one back to you if you asked.
- Nobody anonymous can be assessed. A session cannot start without knowing who is answering.
- Nothing about a result reaches anyone without the person's agreement, and every time one is opened it's recorded.
We hold no security certification and we're not going to imply one. Everything above can be demonstrated to your engineers instead.
Worth knowing before you ship it
The result belongs to the person who answered.
They keep it for good, and they can see it whether or not they ever come back to your product. Your access to it runs 90 days.
That isn't a limitation we're apologising for. It's the reason people answer honestly, and honest answers are the only thing that makes any of this worth embedding.
