Delivery Policy

Kirnova Systems sells only digital products and services: credits, assessments, reports and access to the Kirnova platform. We do not ship physical goods, and we do not charge for shipping.

We deliver what you buy in one or more of these ways:

• In your Kirnova account. Credits, assessments and reports appear in your account when you sign in.
• By email, to the email address on your account. This includes sign-in codes, invitations, reports and invoices.
• By phone, where applicable. Phone includes WhatsApp.

Keep the email address and phone number on your account correct. We deliver to the details you give us. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because those details are wrong.

If an email from us does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.

Tell us at team@kirnova.com or +91 85913 13113. Give the email address on your account and the order or invoice number. We check and send it again.

A delivery problem does not change our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We fix the delivery.
