Our framework for people decisions: five readings of how a person tends to work, from the same questions, in the same words for everybody.
What it reads
- Trust
- Whether people hear about a problem from this person early, or find out late.
- Influence
- How much of a room they move.
- Grit
- What pressure does to them, and what they do next.
- Execution
- Whether intentions turn into finished work.
- Resilience
- How fast they come back after a knock.
High isn't better and low isn't worse. Each reading comes with the range it most likely sits in. If the answers don't hold together, we widen the range and say so in the report. We never hide or void a result.

TIGER Light

For understanding yourself. Only you can start it, and nobody can send you to it. You read it on your own dashboard, and nobody decides about you on the strength of it.
TIGER Core
48 questions · about 15 minutes, often less · paid
For a decision somebody else has to make. Only the person making that decision starts one, and only about someone they have a real decision to make. It's the only one a decision about a person may rest on.
TIGER Student
48 + 30 questions · between 15 and 30 minutes, often less
For colleges, universities and adult programmes. The TIGER Core questions plus a block on what a student is drawn to, and one merged list of jobs. It comes by invitation from the institution.
Kirnova DISC, HEXACO, ORVIS and Calling stand on their own beside TIGER, and Kirnova Cognitive is kept apart from it on purpose. Each adds to your Kirnova profile.
What it won't do
- It never takes a decision. An organisation reads it, weighs everything else it knows, follows employment law, and decides.
- There's no pass mark and no automatic rejection, and no setting that could create one. Two overlapping readings show as level.
- The scoring never sees a name, a photo, an age, a school or a CV. Only the answers.
- What somebody is interested in is never a hiring signal.
- A result belongs to the person forever. A hiring party's access ends, and the result is then locked, not deleted.
Our questions are original. Character is read in the HEXACO tradition and working style in the DISC tradition. We don't publish reliability or fairness figures yet, because we haven't run them at the sample sizes they need. So far: 500+ assessments completed. TIGER informs. Humans decide.
Who it is for, and when to use it

- Anyone deciding about a person, and the person being decided about. An employer with a shortlist, a recruiter, a college placing students, a manager with a promotion. And you, before an interview or a review.
- What it gives you
- Five readings of how a person tends to work: Trust, Influence, Grit, Execution and Resilience, each with a plain sentence and a range. For a decision, a deeper report with the questions worth asking and the risks to check.
- When to use it
- When a decision about a person has a date on it. A shortlist, a promotion, a placement season, or an interview next week.
- Where it fits
- Beside the interview, the references and the work sample, never in place of them. TIGER Light, TIGER Core and TIGER Student are what a person sits.
- Why it helps
- A CV, a referral and a gut feeling judge every person differently, with nothing to show afterwards. TIGER asks everyone the same questions and can't turn anybody down.
