An interview tells you how someone interviews. A CV tells you where they've been, not how they work once they get there. So most people decisions get made on a feeling, and six weeks later nobody can say why.
The person answers 48 questions about how they work, in about 15 minutes and often less, on their phone. You add what only you know: the role, their record here, a manager's note. No psychologist needed.
You get five readings, Trust, Influence, Grit, Execution and Resilience, each as a range rather than a single number. High isn't better and low isn't worse. Then it tells you what to ask next, in plain words written for a manager.
It isn't a one-off report. Everything sits on one record per person that builds over time. A promotion report has more to go on than a hiring one, because by then you have a year of context.

Closes what he opens. Avoids the hard call with a difficult client. Matches the reading.

Promotion to team lead considered
A fresh TIGER Core, named for promotion. The report now reads with a year of your context behind it.
Every entry here is something the product records today. The person, the dates and the notes are made up.
A role change, a formal warning, letting someone go. You can use Kirnova for any of them. You get evidence on one person and a fair process you can show. There's no score that says keep or let go. TIGER informs. Humans decide. You make the call, and you're accountable for it, including for making it lawfully.
TIGER reads the person. BEAR (Baseline, Evidence, Assess, Resolve) helps you make the decision. It's free with pen and paper, or with Bear Decide in a few minutes.
Coming soonA badge means it isn't open today. Its page has a short form, and we write once when it opens.
Your name, company and email domain. You confirm your address before the account can act.
Each gets their own sign-in and level of access. Change or remove it any time.
A person here arranges your first TIGER Core sitting and the credits. That part is by hand today, on purpose.
48 questions, about 15 minutes, phone is fine. An ignored invitation costs you nothing.
Your access runs 90 days from the sitting, then locks, and you can ask for longer. The person keeps their copy for good.
