What it will do
Most decisions in a company get made fresh, from whatever was in the room. Six months later, nobody can say what they were based on. The data to decide better usually existed. It just wasn't in the decision.
The Decision Engine will run the four BEAR steps on any decision, a supplier, a hire, a price, a course, with the evidence Kirnova already holds for you. Then it keeps the record. It won't decide. A person owns every call, and the engine says plainly when the evidence isn't enough.

What we can promise today
Only BEAR Decide works today. What holds for it will hold for the engine: a person decides, evidence is sorted rather than scored, and “not yet” is a real answer. Your name, email and phone are replaced before anything goes to the language model. For decisions about people, TIGER readings can inform the evidence, but they never decide.
