There's no set order, and none is a smaller version of another. Each adds a layer to your profile.

You set up one account, which takes a minute. Every assessment you take writes to the same Kirnova profile. Most take about 10 to 15 minutes on your phone, and Cognitive runs on one 40-minute clock. Your answers save as you go.

Your report is on your dashboard straight away, with a range on each reading and a sentence on what it means at work. Take two and you also see where they agree and where they don't.

If an organisation commissions a TIGER Core about you, they get a second, deeper document for their decision. Your own copy stays yours. TIGER Light is dashboard only.

• The same questions for everyone, in the same words, on the same scale.
• No pass mark and no automatic rejection. A person decides.
• The scoring sees only answers, never a name, a photo, an age, a school or a CV. The same answers always give the same result.
• The result belongs to the person for good. An organisation's access to a TIGER Core runs 90 days, a year for the rest, then it locks.
• If the answers don't hold together, the range widens and the report says why.
• We hold no certificate or seal. Results support a decision and never replace interviews, references or work samples.
