For institutions

Students choose a course or a first job from titles they've never seen anyone do. At placement time, the same few get every interview, because nobody on staff can say how each student works and which real jobs suit them. Nothing is written down.

Each student sits TIGER Student once: 48 questions on how she works and 30 on what she's drawn to, on her phone, in between 15 and 30 minutes, often less. The college arranges it. A student can't open it herself.

She gets one report in plain words: five readings of how she works, her interests in order, and a list of real jobs where both point. Your staff see the whole cohort, with counsellor notes. The placement cell gets candidates it can describe in a sentence, not two hundred identical CVs.

• Cohorts

  Nested, like “BCom 2026 / Section A”. Import from a CSV with a preview first. The credit cost is shown before anything is sent.

• Staff roles

  Principal, dean, department head, professor, tutor, counsellor, registrar and placement officer. Each sees only their own reach. The registrar never sees a result.

• Counsellor notes

  Kept against a student, never shown to the student. Staff access ends twelve months after a student leaves, unless the student renews it.

• Placement cell

  A campus jobs board. Companies post to it and never search your students. A student's TIGER reading can go with her application. Her interests never go to an employer.

• Cohort reporting

  Who has finished, who is open, who to chase. Per cohort, section and batch.

There's no pass mark and nothing that turns a student away. It won't say a student is suited or unsuited to something, and it makes no claim about how anyone will turn out. It won't rank students as a verdict. The scoring never sees a name, a photo, an age, a department or marks.

   Your name, institution and email. You confirm your address before the account can act.

   Step 2: Add your staff

   Each gets their own sign-in and reach.

   Step 3: Import a cohort

   A CSV with name, email and cohort path, with a preview before anything is saved.

   Step 4: Tell us about the first cohort

   A person here arranges the credits. Then invite the cohort, with one 18+ confirmation for the batch.

   Step 5: Read, counsel, place

   Each student keeps her report for good. The placement cell opens the campus board.
