Agencies, search firms and solo recruiters. Your firm holds the account and your consultants sit under it. Sign-up is self-serve with a five-step setup, and approval is automatic today.

Posts jobs, asks for consent and puts people forward. Can't form or end an agreement.

Sees the lists but can't act.
How it works
Form an agreement with a company online, or upload one you signed on paper. Post the job for them, with their name hidden if you like. The public page then says "Hiring for a client of" your agency.
Ask the person for consent by email or a link. They can withdraw it any time. Then put them forward. They need a finished profile and TIGER Light. The claim lasts three months, and you can renew it once for three more. If they're hired while your claim is open, it's yours.

If another claim on that person at that company is already open, you get this warning when you put them forward. It doesn't say who.
Put a person forward
Done. The person is now an applicant for this job, put forward by you.
A claim on this person at this company is still open. If they are hired while it is open, that claim is the one credited, and you may not be credited for the hire. If you go ahead, your submission is recorded as made after this warning and is charged like any other submission.

Rules between you, the company and the person
Your clients stay private
A company never sees your other clients, in any list, count, export or message.
First open claim wins
Every submission is kept. A repeat after your claim ends waits seven days, and the company must accept it.
Not going ahead
If a company says it isn't going ahead with a person, every open claim on them there ends.
TIGER Core access
Every time a hirer opens a result, it's recorded. Access to a TIGER Core result runs 90 days from the sitting.
