The basics

Each reading comes with a plain sentence and the range it most likely sits in. High isn't better and low isn't worse. If the answers don't hold together, the range gets wider and the report says so. We never hide or throw away a result, and you can sit again after 30 days.
TIGER Light is 32 questions, about 10 minutes. TIGER Core is 48 questions, about 15 minutes, often less. TIGER Student adds 30 questions and takes 15 to 30 minutes. A phone is fine, and your answers save as you go.

Light helps you understand yourself. TIGER Core can be used to make a decision about you. Light isn't a preview of TIGER Core. Student is TIGER Core plus what a person is drawn to, and only a college opens it.

- Who starts it
- The person making the decision. A candidate can never open their own first TIGER Core.
- What it asks
- 48 questions about how you work, plus 2 attention checks.
- Can it inform a decision about you?
- Yes. Hiring, promotion, placement, development. TIGER informs. Humans decide.
- What you get
- Two documents. Your own report, and a deeper one for the decision-maker: strengths, risks and questions worth asking, shaped by the decision they named.
- Where you read it
- Your copy stays yours for good. The organisation's access runs for 90 days, then locks. It's never deleted.

- The trait half can. The interests half never, and the merged job list never reaches a hirer.

- TIGER Core's trait reading, your Kirnova Calling interests, and one merged list of jobs where both point the same way.

A TIGER Core also gives the person deciding a deeper document, shaped by the decision named when it was ordered. So a promotion report reads differently from a hiring one.
What it won't do
- It's self-report. Nobody watched the person at work, so put it beside an interview, a reference and their actual work.
- It describes now. That's why an organisation's access runs out and a fresh sitting is asked for.
- There's no pass mark and no automatic rejection. Two people whose readings overlap show as level.
- The scoring never sees a name, a photo, an age, a school or a CV, and it never learns from who got hired.
- What a student is drawn to is never a hiring signal and never travels to the employer.
- It isn't clinical, medical or legal.
