At nineteen, most career advice is inherited: an uncle's view, the marks, a careers evening. She has no work history and no CV worth reading. The one thing she has is honest answers about herself, and almost nobody collects them.
All free to try. TIGER Light can be taken again after 24 hours, and any of the others after 30 days, and the report stays hers for good.

Not "you're a people person". Job titles she can look up, ask about and rule out.
Try for freeOne sitting: 48 questions on how she works and 30 on what she's drawn to, in between 15 and 30 minutes, often less. It's the only one that does both, with a merged list of real jobs where both point. An institution arranges it. A student can't open it herself.
Cohorts, CSV import, counsellor notes, a placement cell and a campus jobs board come with it. The institutions page shows all of it.
There's no pass mark and nothing that turns a student away. It won't say she's suited or unsuited to something, and it makes no claim about how anyone will turn out. What she's drawn to is hers and never goes to an employer. The scoring never sees a name, a photo, an age, a school or a CV.
Colleges, universities, foundation years, careers programmes, apprenticeships and adult learners. A younger person can't hold a Kirnova account, because doing that properly needs a parent's consent and we won't offer a half version. If you work with under-18s, tell us anyway.
