The first few sessions usually go on finding out who the client is, from memory, and the client pays for all of them. The picture you build lives in your notes, and there's nothing the client can read between sessions.

Ask them to take one of these. Each is free to try, takes ten to fifteen minutes, and the client starts it themselves. If they take two, they also see where the two agree and where they don't.

TIGER Light is the client's own. Nobody can send anyone to it, not an employer, not us, not you. If they bring it, they'll walk you through it on screen.

TIGER Core is the deeper read: 48 questions, about 15 minutes and often less. The person with a real decision to make commissions it, and a coach with a client can be that person. Your client has to agree to sit it. It's paid, and a person here arranges the first one with you.

They take it and keep their own copy for good. If they want you to see it, they show you. There's no verdict or grade on a person anywhere in it. It gives you a starting point. The conversation after it is yours.
